This is, of course, in the context of Penrith recording the HOTTEST temperature on Earth [48.9c or 120.02 F] in January 2020.
Just consider that this was PLANNED and DESIGNED as a place for people to live…
Next time you go for a drive past *any* new housing estate, count the black roofs….
